I think it's worth going to at least one wedding expo while you plan for your wedding. Although you might not end up booking or buying anything, it gives you a good overview of the type of things you need to do. Interesting things to look out for are: overseas photographers e.g. those from Taiwan, live bands providers, wedding venue decorators.
